PROPERTY TAXES

Property Taxes can be paid online here beginning December 1st until January 28th. Online payments will be turned OFF after January 28th. Convenience Fee applies. If paying with a checking or savings account, the fee is $1.00. If paying with a credit or debit card, the fee is 2.75% of your payment. An additional $.50 is added to any amounts under $100. You may also pay by check or cash through January 31st in our office located at 5520 Lacy Rd. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

WATER, SEWER & STORMWATER BILLS

  • Online Payments

    Pay now You will be redirected to (PSN) Payment Service Network.  First time users can click on the register button and follow the prompts. Returning users can log in with their e-mail address and password.

  • Payments by Phone

    Call 877-885-7968. Please have your utility bill handy to provide your account number. New customers should select option one for first time payer and follow the prompts

  • Pay by Mail

    Payments of cash, check, or money order accepted by mail or dropped off at: 5520 Lacy Rd, Fitchburg, WI  53711

  • Automatic Deduction

    Set up automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. Download the form or just give us a call. We will send you a form to fill out and return to us. We will then set up your account so that your bill will be automatically paid on the bill due date.

  • Requesting Help

    Do you need help viewing or paying bills online? Call PSN at 866-917-7368. Do you have questions about your bill or need service? Please call Fitchburg Utility at 608-270-4270.

  • View Utility Bills

    You will need to register in order to view your bill and receive notifications when your bills are ready. Help us save money and resources, please consider opting out of receiving paper bills. View bills.

MUNICIPAL COURT

*All payments made with a debit/credit card have a fee regardless of paying in person, over the phone, or online.

Defendants found Guilty will have 60 days from their court date to pay their citation or make arrangements to complete their payment. If court does not receive a payment within 60 days of the court date then the debt may be sent to collections.

  • In Person:

    Citations can be paid at Fitchburg City Hall, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is also a 24/7 drop box available in the lobby. *Drop box should not be used for cash payments*

  • Online:

    Use this online payment portal. You will need to know the citation number and fine amount.

  • By Mail:

    Check or Money Orders can be made out to City of Fitchburg. Be sure to include your name and citation number. Mail payments to:

  • How to Pay a Citation That Has Been Sent to Collections:

    There are two collections agencies where debt may be sent. It is the defendant's responsibility to pay the collection agency directly or set up a payment plan with them.
